As a Travel Consultant, you will be the voice of the brand and a trusted travel partner for customers. Your mission is to create smooth, stress-free travel experiences through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support.
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries across multiple channels
Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel assistance
Identify customer needs and provide personalized, effective solutions
Deliver high-quality, customer-first service in every interaction
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally at all times
Represent the brand with empathy, reliability, and care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
Ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic in all situations
Motivation to deliver service excellence every day
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 20:00
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
365 days/year
Bank holidays paid double

Base salary: 1,900 EUR gross/month
Performance bonus: up to 250 EUR gross/month
