Role description:
New business acquisition across the Dutch hospitality sector. Full cycle closing role with added field-based responsibilities; strong need for independence and maturity; measured on visits and demos in month 1–2, then AMRR.

Must haves:
Mainly looking for character; grit, coachability, ambition
B2B closing experience, must be able to demonstrate closing/negotiating a contract
Proven independence and CRM discipline

Salary range & secondary benefits: 68.4 OTE, 41k base, 27.36 variable (top performer got 240%) + 475 monthly allowance in place of a car: payed to them directly.
