Team of 6-8 BNL GTM in Amsterdam

Role description:
Drive new logo acquisition through channel partners. Not a partner manager role – this is a quota-carrying sales role. Focused on prospecting and co-selling with partners on SMB and mid market opportunities. Pipeline generation responsibility sits with the individual, but enablement and strategic planning are supported by an existing Partner Manager. Works closely with new partners to land initial deals and enable them through on-the-job support.

Land and expand responsibility, average land deal size currently €25KARR with a growth target towards €40KARR. Expansions can be 100-200k ARR.
Sales cycles approx. 60–90 days. Mix of transactional and value-based sales, moving toward consultative, MEDDPICC-based qualification.

Must haves:

3+ years SaaS sales experience (eg 2 years outbound BDR + 1.5 year AE min)
Channel sales or indirect sales exposure
Hunter mentality - Self-starter with high activity
Relationship builder, ability to co-sell and manage partner-led deals

Nice to haves:
Network in logistics, retail, or manufacturing AND/OR data platforms
Familiarity with MEDDPICC

Salary range & secondary benefits:
 OTE: €110K–140K 50/50, 60/40 possible (stretch to 180 may be possible for a stronger senior profile but focus is on finding someone around 140k)
 Strong secondaries: 30 holiday days, pension contribution, learning budget, lunch subsidy, equity via Employee Investment Programme
